Can I place an order from any part of Nigeria?

YES!  But this apply to distributors only, However for customers with small orders, we can redirect you to the distributor or retail out nearest to you.

What is your method of delivery for ordered products?

Products ordered via this website are delivered via Masruq Courier to the address the customer specified during check out.

How much is the shipping Fee?

Shipping fee is N1,000 flat rate for orders within any part of Abuja

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Products are delivered within 24-48 hours after order. This is with exception to Sundays. Orders placed on Saturday after 4pm is delivered on Monday morning.

Also please note that we do not ship any ordered item until payment is confirmed

What payment methods do you accept

 We accept bank transfers to our bank account as well as direct cash deposit.

Can I return a product if it does not match the expectation of what I ordered?

Yes a customer can return a product if it is not exactly what the customer ordered and the correct product will be shipped at no extra shipping cost.

Can I place an order from outside Nigeria?

No! for now we do not accept orders from outside Nigeria. However, if it is a large order, you can get in touch with our customer care unit and a special arrangement will be made to cater for such orders.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

If you order exceeds 48 hours, kindly call this number and we will do everything possible to rectify the issues and ship your products ASAP.

Issues that may result in late delivery include – Payment failure, out of stock products and orders placed within weekends
